Our attorneys are all from eminent universities both home and abroad. They have
degrees of L.L.M., MBA, M.A and/or L.L.D. In addition to their high education background,
they also have valuable expertise in their own practice areas. Our working languages are
Chinese and English.
Our founder, Lihua Lin, is a senior member of Construction and Real Estate Committee
of Shanghai Bar Association, guest professor of Shanghai PCEC College. She has successful
practice experience in banking, FDI, real estate development and infrastructure.
To better our service, we also have the former vice chairwoman of Shanghai Maritime Court
and former vice chairman of Economic Tribunal, Shanghai High Court as our advisers.
